TBE Nuclear Processes

Since the late 1970s, TBE has been an ASME-sanctioned supplier of components and weldments such as pipe restraints, whip restraints, and other structural assemblies for the nuclear power industry. Our ASME-approved Quality Management System and Processes have been in place for over 30 years. Our standard, repeatable processes ensure our customers and stakeholders that we meet or exceed the stringent requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

Through a series of detailed Process Specifications (such as welding) and the associated rigorous process monitoring, testing, and examination processes [e.g., Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)], we adhere to the criteria as required by the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Our Certificates of Authorization Stamps; N and NPT, attest to the independent assessment by ASME of the TBE Nuclear QA Management System per the NQA-1 requirements.

TBE has also been certified by ASME as a Material Organization. This certification allows TBE to supply ASME Code compliant materials to others for use in nuclear applications.
