- Medical Insurance
Two Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans are offered for you to select the one most suitable for you and your eligible dependents. - Dental Insurance
Company paid dental insurance is provided through Delta Dental of California - Vision Insurance
Vision insurance is company paid for employee and optional coverage is available for dependents. - Prescription Coverage
If you enroll in the Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plan, you will automatically be enrolled with Caremark, at no additional premium. - Group Life Insurance
Company paid at one times salary. - Personal Accident Insurance
Optional accidental life coverage for employee and/or family up to $750,000 - Long-term Disability Insurance (LTD)
Optional LTD coverage that covers 60% of pay - Long Term Disability Insurance
Pays 60% of monthly income if you are injured or ill for more than 6 months - Short-term Disability Insurance (STD)

Employee is immediately eligible to participate upon employment. Effective after 90 days of employment, the company match of 50% of each dollar contributed on the first 6% of base pay - Stock Purchase Plan
Employee is eligible for participation after one year of employment. The company will add a 25% match to the employee’s investment - 401(k) Plan

The Matching Gifts Program encourages employees to join with the Company in making financial contributions to educational civic and cultural institutions. The Company will match gifts to qualifying institutions from a minimum of $50 to a maximum of $2,500 per calendar year. Assistance in payment of annual dues to one job-related professional society - Vacations
2 weeks – with 5 years service or less
3 weeks – with 5 but less than 10 years service
