Short Term Disability
Pays 60% of base earnings with maximum benefit of $1,000 per week.
Benefit begins after 14th day of accident or illness, if all the employees sick and personal leave have been eliminated.
Health Care Spending Account
Pre-tax account up to $5,000 annually to pay for out of pocket medical and/or dental expenses
Dependent Care Spending Account
Pre-tax account up to $5,000 annually to pay for daycare expenses
401(k) Plan
Pre-tax contributions up to 50% of salary, not to exceed IRS current allowed dollar limit; with Company Match.
Stock Purchase Plan
Post-tax contributions up to 15% of salary or $92.00 a week, whichever is less; Company matches 25%; No brokerage fees for purchase of Teledyne Technologies Stock; One year waiting period

Vacation
Earn 2 weeks annually up to 5th year anniversary; Earn 3 weeks annually at the start of 5th year anniversary; Earn 3 1/2 weeks annually at the of 10th year anniversary and 4 weeks annually at the start of 15th year anniversary.
Sick Leave
Earn 10 sick days annually - 5 sick days go towards the short term bank and 5 days go towards the long term bank
