Teledyne Brown Engineering has a long history of military and space electronics and has experience in all of the discipline areas associated with avionics development. Our ISO-9001 registered processes include:

Our design processes are computer-based, using a variety of industry standard software such as OrCad, pSpice, and Xilinx. Capabilities include programmable logic, FPGAs, and standard and RISC microprocessors.
- Designs are simulated using mixed-mode circuit simulation and can be evaluated for radiation or other harsh environments.
- Our mechanical team assists with packaging and performs stress, vibration, and thermal analyses as a part of design verification.
- Manufacturing resources include printed circuit and electrical assembly, cabling, machining, and welding -- all using NASA/DoD certifiable processes.
We specialize in instrumentation, data acquisition, and control systems, including networking, power distribution and conversion, video conversion, and signal processing associated with state-of-the-art applications.
Teledyne Brown has over four decades of experience in analyzing and designing complex optical components, assemblies, and systems. Code V is used for reflective and refractive ray-tracing, and diffractive elements are designed using our proprietary code.
