Composites

Capitalizing on our state-of-the-art composite facility at Teledyne CML Group in the UK, Marine, Aviation, and Manufacturing boasts manufacturing capability across a broad range of composite components for the aviation industry.  Products include both structural and nonstructural components and assemblies.  We have experience in working on wing and fuselage fairings, covers and panels, nose and tail cone assemblies, floors, interior panels and fittings, and ducting.  Primary process and materials consist of Kevlar, glass and carbon fiber pre-pregs, wet layups, and metal-to-metal bonding.

Not stopping at just build to print, Marine, Aviation, and Manufacturing has the science and engineering capability to design components as well.  Engineering services include material engineering and mechanical design and analysis.
