C5ISR System Integration and Visualization
Our C5ISR Laboratory accommodates visualizing, understanding, and assimilating the broad scope and complexities of data through graphic, tabular, and textual means, primarily for the Net-Centric Warfare (NCW) environment. The concept is based on the capabilities provided by the Global Information Grid (GIG). Our C5ISR Laboratory leverages current and previous Teledyne programs, including the Joint Battle Command-Platform, the Total Municipal Awareness System (T-MAS®), and the Distributed Integrated Air and Missile Defense Test and Evaluation Capability (DITEC).
Through networking and sharing of information, the lab can simulate C5ISR environments that can be used in future warfighting concepts such as FORCEnet and LandWarNet. Visualization is an important element of C5ISR, so we have connected four 42-inch, flat-panel monitors to four servers to demonstrate different Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Combat System aspects of C5ISR.
