Teledyne to Manufacture LBS-Unmanned Underwater Vehicle Gliders
THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – July 11, 2011 – Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that its subsidiary, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., in Huntsville, Ala., received approval from the U.S. Navy to move into Full Rate Production (FRP) Phase on the Littoral Battlespace Sensing-Glider (LBS-G) Program.
Albritton, Hardy, and Scaffardi Receive Silver Snoopy Awards
Lynn Albritton, Joel Hardy, and Lisa Scaffardi have been selected as recipients of the prestigious NASA Silver Snoopy Award for their outstanding performance and contributions to flight safety and mission success. The ceremony was held Aug. 2 at NASA’s Educator Resource Center at the Space and Rocket Center.
