- We designed and developed an interactive CD-ROM tool to train personnel of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases in the threat possibilities and recognition/treatment protocols for known biological warfare agents. The course was designed as a distance-learning tool for rapid-deployment personnel.
- We produced a comprehensive, global training program for the Carrier Affairs Office of the Immigration & Naturalization Service to train airline and cruise ship personnel in security procedures, including: U.S. entry requirements, detection of fraudulent travel documents, impostor identification, and passenger assessment.
