Our Company was originally formed to provide engineering and manufacturing
support to the early rocket development programs at Redstone Arsenal. As
such, we were the first full-service, high-technology firm in Huntsville.
Through the years, this combination of engineering and manufacturing has
differentiated us from most of our competitors.
Teledyne Brown Engineering's Manufacturing Facility has 110,000 square
feet of space, including a machine shop with multi-axis CNC equipment,
electrical and electronics assembly areas, sheet metal and welding shops,
clean rooms, and an ESD-certified stockroom for Government materials.
- Rapid prototyping and few-of-a-kind items with unusual requirements are our specialty. We are also well organized for low-rate production.
- We apply Lean Manufacturing Principals, allowing us to provide the highest quality goods and services in the most efficient manner.
- Engineering and manufacturing at Teledyne Brown are certified as ISO 9001 compliant. We are also Program Critical Hardware certified.
- We hold ASME certificates for nuclear pressure vessels, piping systems, components, and transport packaging.
- Clean rooms are available for assembly and testing. Our 5,000-square-foot, high-bay, Class-100,000 clean room is one of the largest in the country.
