Machining
The primary machine shop at Teledyne Brown Engineering occupies
approximately 13,000 square feet of floor space. About one-third of the shop
is served by a 3-ton crane with a lift of 12 feet.
Much of our work is performed on numerically controlled machining centers.
Here we can perform precision machining to tolerances of 0.0001 inch.
There is also a complete line of lathes, milling machines, cutters,
drills, and assorted hand and bench tools available to our skilled
craftsmen.
