International Space Station
Teledyne Brown Engineering is proud to be a major participant in the
Internatonal Space Station (ISS) program. Building on over three decades
of experience in supporting NASA's orbiting laboratory efforts, we are
providing design, development, and operations solutions for this endeavor.
- We are engaged in mission planning, payload and cargo integration, launch and flight operations, data collection and distribution, ground control center operations, and flight crew and ground system operations training to ensure successful utilization of the ISS.
- Our staff includes specialists in mission analysis, experiment
planning, space sciences, human factors, schedule optimization, data
communications, and hardware and software engineering, as well as program
and technology management.
- Our Cargo Mission team carries out project management, trade studies, stowage planning, engineering analysis, and process analysis for pressurized (internal to module) and unpressurized (external environment) cargo. TBE constructs all flight operations console support plans, performs surveillance of all critical on-orbit operations, and coordinates reporting and information exchange with the launch package team.
