Space Payload and Cargo Integration
As a payload integrator, Teledyne Brown Engineering has been a vital
participant in space missions for four decades.
We have extensive experience in configuration layout and assembly design,
flight support equipment hardware design, mass properties, command and
data management, environmental control, electrical power, structural and
mechanical analysis, materials, verification processes, and safety analysis.
- As the payload mission integration contractor for NASA MSFC, Teledyne Brown supported 24 scientific payloads flown on the Space Shuttle, as well as 8 missions of the Shuttle/Russian Mir space station program.
- We are presently applying our integration expertise on the International Space Station (ISS) by integrating cargo items for the ISS under the Cargo Mission contract.
We have worked with NASA's safety review panels and have a strong reputation for thorough safety compliance data packages and reviews. We have analyzed hardware from every sector of experiment disciplines for all NASA centers, as well as from universities, businesses, and scientists from around the world.
