Welding
Teledyne Brown's welding shop can completely fabricate assemblies over a broad range of size and complexity. This shop occupies 9,000 square feet, about half in a high-bay area with a 10-ton crane having a lift of 39 feet. Large structures are a long-standing specialty.

- Optical-trace burning
- Silver brazing
- Plasma-Arc Cutting.
The facilities also include heat-treatment, blast-cleaning, and paint-finishing shops.
Our welders are certified to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Sections III & IX, ANSI/AWS D1.1, D1.2, and D1.6. Teledyne Brown is the holder of Certificates of Authorization to use both the "N" and "NTP" Stamps. Penetration joints can range from less than 0.1 inch up to 4 inches.
