Our annual health screenings will be conducted next in March 2013. Screenings include:
- Total Cholesterol
- HDL (good) Cholesterol
- LDL (bad) Cholesterol
- Triglycerides
- Blood Glucose (blood sugar)
- Blood Pressure and Pulse
- Height, Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Body Composition
- PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) blood test - available to all male employees 40 and above

- All Screenings are free of charge to all employees and $10.00 for spouses.
- Please fast for 8 - 10 hours before the screening. You may have water. Snacks will be provided after the screenings.

PLEASE NOTE: This is the qualifying screening for the Go for the Gold Program. Look for information soon for the opportunity to complete a Health Risk Appraisal (HRA). The screening and the HRA alone will earn you$40.00. Depending on the results of your screening, you could earn up to $250.00.
