Blue Cross Blue Shield Preventative Health Services
Several new preventive services have been added to our Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plan, including annual physical examinations, cholesterol screenings, colon cancer screenings, and more. Health Library
Our library consists of many books, magazines, audiotapes, and exercise videos on a wide variety of health and wellness topics. This self-service library is conveniently located inside the Fitness Center and is free to all employees.

Smoking Cessation
- Employees are encouraged to enroll in our on-site 10-week smoking cessation program. For information on this program, contact Jennifer Geist, Wellness Manager, at 256-726-1425 or Jennifer.Geist@TBE.com.
- Employees can receive reimbursement for nicotine replacement aids as part of our on-site program.

Body Mass Index
Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. BMI provides a reliable indicator of body fatness for most people and is used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems.
