HUNTSVILLE, AL - October 1, 2015 - Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., based in Huntsville, AL was awarded a task order continuing its work on the Objective Simulation Framework contract by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on October 1, 2015. Valued at $61.8 million, this Task Order was issued under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract and will be performed over a 26 month period ending in November of 2017.
Under this contract, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., will continue its extensive work on the OSF contract which began in September of 2011. This effort involves the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance and sustainment of OSF and legacy frameworks. The OSF supports full scale simulations, ground tests and live fire events. This framework is the core test and simulation framework for elements of the missile defense systems.
