TBE has in-house capability to perform hydrostatic implosion and explosive decompression testing per NAVSEA SS800-AG-MAN-010 P-9290. This test chamber performs 10 cycle external pressure testing up to 200 psi and will perform explosive decompression tests using a variety of ascent and depressurization rates. It can also accommodate test pressure holds for differing periods of time. Testing can be performed with items submerged in water or air.
