Anna Curenton

Anna Curenton has over 25 years of experience in contracting, business, financial management, and organizational process improvement and change.

Curenton is an acknowledged expert in the field of contract management to include all aspects of governmental, commercial, and international contracting. She has extensive experience in contract negotiations including pricing and terms, teaming, non-disclosure and related agreements, software licenses, and the mediation of complex data rights issues. She is well versed in state-of-the-art management concepts and techniques to include cost, schedule and technical risk management and mitigation, and performance assessment methodologies. Curenton possesses in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and has broad experience with government-conducted audits of proposals, programs, and indirect rate structures.

She is involved in all phases of the contract life-cycle to include analysis of new opportunities, teaming, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, administration, and program closeout.

Curenton joined Teledyne Brown Engineering in 2001 as the Manager of Contract Administration and later became the company’s Senior Director of Contract Administration. She has been instrumental in the successful contract negotiation and administration of countless high complexity, high risk programs of both national and international importance across Teledyne Technologies Engineered Systems Segment.

Prior to joining Teledyne, Curenton served as Director of Contract Management at Mesa Solutions/ Telcordia Technologies, Inc.; Contract Manager at Gomez Research Associates; and Director of Contract Administration at Life Cycle Engineering, Inc.

Curenton holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Contract & Acquisition Management from the University of Alabama at Huntsville. Her professional designations include Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM), Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), and Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM). She has been a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for over 25 years.
