TBE Awarded All Categories for Unmanned Surface Vehicle Family of Systems IDIQ

HUNTSVILLE, AL- March 12, 2020- Teledyne Brown Engineering is one of several companies awarded the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Unmanned Surface Vehicle Family of Systems for Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC), Program Management NAVSEA 406. 

“This opportunity will allow Teledyne Brown Engineering to further develop our efforts supporting the U.S. Navy with systems and vehicles to modernize their operational requirements,” stated Jan Hess, President of Teledyne Brown Engineering.   “We have a myriad of capabilities, systems and vehicles to offer in a maritime environment and are thrilled to assist in advancing and applying these technologies.” 

The functional areas addressed within this contract include payloads, non-payload sensors, mission support systems, autonomy/vehicle control systems, ashore/host platform elements and logistics/sustainment. Teledyne Brown Engineering was an awardee in all six catergories covered in the IDIQ which address existing and new product areas, programs and missions.
